Tetherra Ltd ("Tetherra", "we", "us", "our") is a company incorporated in England and Wales. We operate as a parent holding company for a portfolio of digital ventures and are the data controller for personal data collected through our corporate website at tetherra.com.

Our subsidiary ventures each operate their own products and services. Where a subsidiary collects personal data in connection with its own product, that subsidiary acts as the data controller for that data and maintains its own privacy notice. This policy covers Tetherra Ltd and tetherra.com only.

• Contact enquiries, up to 2 years from last contact, unless a business relationship develops.
• Business correspondence, up to 7 years in line with standard UK business record-keeping requirements.
• Website analytics data, up to 26 months in anonymised or aggregated form.

When data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymise it.

Note: our subsidiary venture 7MQ produces adults-only content intended for users aged 18 and over. That content is hosted on YouTube and governed by YouTube's own terms and privacy policy.

If any Tetherra subsidiary venture (such as OcheOS) processes data relating to children as part of its service, that venture's own privacy notice and appropriate safeguards will apply.

Tetherra Ltd is based in England, United Kingdom. If we transfer personal data outside the UK or European Economic Area, we will ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), or that the transfer is to a country with an adequacy decision.
