The people
Tetherra is a small, focused group of builders based in England. No corporate ladder, no management layers, just people who care deeply about what they make.
The team
Founder
The original builder behind Tetherra. Responsible for the group's strategic direction, venture oversight, and the infrastructure that ties everything together. Core architect behind the Tetherra portfolio's technical foundations. Leads product development across OcheOS and Chill Development, with a focus on shipping software that actually works.
Creative Director
Owns the visual and brand language of Tetherra and its portfolio. Responsible for the design system, venture identities, and making sure every pixel earns its place. Believes good design is invisible, you only notice it when it's missing.
Content Director
Leads content strategy across the Tetherra group, from the narratives that shape how each venture talks about itself, to the editorial standards that keep everything consistent at scale. Understands that the right words in the right place are a product decision, not a marketing one.
How we think about people
Tetherra has never hired to fill a gap. Every person in the group is here because they add something that wasn't there before, a skill, a perspective, or an obsession with a specific problem. We're not trying to be big; we're trying to be precise.
We believe great teams are built on trust and autonomy. We don't micromanage output, we don't run performance cycles for the sake of process. We ship, we review, we improve. That's the cycle.
The group is still small. That's a feature.
