The Tetherra Platform

One platform.
Every venture.

Behind every product in the portfolio is a single, shared foundation, self-hosted infrastructure, one identity layer, one security model, one standard of delivery. It's what lets a group this small run a portfolio this wide.

Thirty-odd ventures. One set of rails.

Most groups our size would drown in overhead, a different host here, a different login there, a security posture that varies by whoever set it up last. We went the other way. Every Tetherra venture is built on the same foundation, so the hard problems get solved once and inherited by all.

The platform is deliberately self-hosted. We own the boxes, we own the data, and nothing critical depends on a service we can't see inside. That's not ideology, it's what keeps costs flat as the portfolio grows and keeps each venture's data exactly where it should be.

New venture, day one: it arrives with infrastructure, identity, security and a delivery pipeline already in place. All that's left is the part that makes it different.

Layer 01

Self-hosted infrastructure

Every venture runs on hardware we own and operate, containerised and reproducible. No per-seat cloud bills that scale with success, the marginal cost of the next venture is close to nothing.

Layer 02

One identity layer

A single sign-on and access model spans the estate. One place to grant access, one place to revoke it, least-privilege by default, so a person's reach is always exactly what it should be, and no more.

Layer 03

Zero-trust security

Nothing is trusted by network position alone. Services sit behind a private mesh and an identity gate, secrets live in a managed vault, and we assume breach, so if one thing falls, the blast radius stays contained.

Layer 04

Continuous delivery

Every site and service ships from version control through the same pipeline. Push a change, it goes live, no manual copies, no drift between what's in the repo and what's on the box.

Layer 05

Shared design system

One design language runs across the portfolio, the same components, type and motion, so a new venture page looks and feels like Tetherra from the first commit, while keeping its own accent and voice.

Layer 06

One audit trail

One hardened foundation runs every venture: shared ingress, identity, secrets and backups, solved once. A new product inherits the whole stack on day one instead of rebuilding it.

The grid you see is the platform at work.

The ventures page isn't a list of unrelated projects, it's a map of one platform's output. Each card is a venture standing on the same rails, sharing the same foundation, contributing to the same audit trail.

That's the whole idea: build the hard part once, and let ambition compound.

Built on rails that last.

Whether you want to partner with a venture, run something on infrastructure you actually own, or just see how it fits together, we'd love to hear from you.
